We are kicking-off our 2018 schedule of tutorials with expert training on CP86 – Fund Management Company Effectiveness. With the 30 June 2018 deadline for compliance fast approaching, this tutorial will help you understand CP86 and plan for compliance. It will cover:
the background and context for CP86;
a detailed review of the CP86 rules and guidance;
consideration of the extent of the new Organisational Effectiveness role and how it might be performed; and
roadmap to the compliance deadline and beyond.
