In the next two tutorials, we will be looking at two key issues relevant to UCITS investment policies – eligible assets and investment restrictions.
The first of these, UCITS eligible assets rules, will be the topic for the May 2019 online tutorial. We will look at what UCITS are allowed to invest in and what criteria apply when determining whether a potential investment is eligible or not.
