Including: Regulations and compliance on asset segregation, record keeping and depositary delegation


4. Financial Stability & Investment Funds: What’s liquidity management & leverage gotta do with it?

Including: Background and summary of IOSCO, FSB, ESRB, and ESMA work in the area, why liquidity management matters and where its going, new approaches to measuring leverage

Including: Wholesale conduct, fitness and probity, individual accountability, value for money, performance fees, ESG regulatory developments


Meet your facilitator:

This programme is delivered by Daniel Lawlor, the former Head of Funds Policy Team at Central Bank of Ireland.  Daniel was the Central Bank’s project lead on CP86, and was centrally involved in the transposition of UCITS IV, UCITS V, and the AIFMD, drafting the AIF Rulebook and the creation of the Central Bank UCITS Regulations.  He also represented the Central Bank at IOSCO C5 and EMSA’s Investment Management Standing Committee – Operational Working Group.


Daniel has 17 years’ experience in the funds industry which was gained both from as a funds lawyer in William Fry and as the Financial Regulator at the Central Bank of Ireland.
