Explanation
The Central Bank of Ireland’s Fund Management Companies Guidance[1] sets out in some detail expectations regarding how directors should carry out their roles.  It also refers to certain provisions which should be included in the directors’ letters of appointment.  This Template Directors Letters of Appointment references those expectations and includes those provisions.
 
How to use this tool
There is one template amendment letter of appointment which can be used for both AIFMs and UCITS management companies.
