In February 2019, we will continue our 101 Series by looking at ‘UCITS in a Nutshell’.
This tutorial will take you on a quick trip through the UCITS regime. We will look at the history and background to the UCITS Directives, provide an overview of the UCITS rulebooks and summarise the key provisions. By the end of this tutorial, you will have a good understanding of the basics of the UCITS regime.
